Unit 407 - Holiday Isle. Enjoy the best of what Dauphin Island has to offer in this 4th floor direct Gulfview condo with sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico! Master Bedroom with private balcony offers King sized bed with ensuite bath including stand shower, jacuzzi tub, and jack and jill sinks. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and 3rd bedroom offers with two full beds. Hall bath has shower/tub combo and separate room for jack and jill sinks. Living room offers plentiful seating and flat screen tv adjacent to private balcony. Dining for 6 in the dining room and seating for four more at the breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully stocked and has large convenient island.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

Unit amenities include internet access, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, balcony access from living area & master bedroom, bubble tub in master bath with separate shower.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.
