ACP Vacation Rentals on Dauphin Island started as an extension of our real estate business.  New homeowners wanted to turn their second properties into additional income, and we helped them do that.  Not only did we try to satisfy our property owners, but also our guests!  Our small business grew, and we are now the premier, local, vacation rental management company on our little island paradise.

Book direclty on our website and skip the 3rd-party websites like VRBO, Homeaway, AirBnB and Expedia. They charge you additional fees, so save yourself some money for your next vacation!

ACP is LOCAL

In an online world dominated by national corporations that control the vacation rental industry, our little office is like stepping back into time.  We are legitimate locals, and we take our commitment to the community seriously. We participate in all the local cook-offs, festivals, and fundraisers. We are active board members on The Dauphin Island Property Owner’s Association, The Dauphin Island Chamber of Commerce, and The South Mobile County Tourism Authority.

Drop in and say hello! Yes, you can do that!  We aren’t just voices on a phone or faceless people emailing you back and forth, you can actually come to our business and meet us during check-in! We encourage you to stop by and ask us questions, where to eat, where to fish – or even where to catch the best sunset.  And always know that if you encounter any problems, we’re just down the street!

We’re a family that has grown together and we try our best to spread the love to each and every one of our guests and all the people we work with.  In fact, we asked some of our team to write about what they thought about working here, and this is the common theme in all of their responses.  Honestly, it’s a privilege to know that we can create this atmosphere and share it with others.
