ACP REVIEW FROM A "HAPPY DAUPHIN ISLAND HOMEOWNER" Looking back over the last 3+ years that we have had rental property on the Island, we wanted to take the opportunity to write an endorsement of ACP Property Management Co., as a potential property management option for new and existing owners of property on Dauphin Island. We have been very pleased with their property management services for our property , "EXHALE". Exhale has been on their rental property program since its construction in 2018, and we have never had an issue of any sort with their management of our property. They are professional in their service, responsive to all owner needs/requests, and have always presented an owner/renter friendly atmosphere regarding any request or issue presented. The entire staff, from the owners to reservation staff to the housekeeping & maintenance staff, have always been exemplary in their dealings with us. This is a very important customer service issue to "out of state owners" who are not on the island frequently and depend on ACP to manage and care for their major island investment. My wife and I fell in love with Dauphin Island on our first visit, and very soon afterwards we purchased a condominium at Holiday Isle. After researching the many options available for rental property management, teaming up with ACP was a "no brainer" as far as we were concerned! Our condo is more than just an investment for us; we love our place and want it attentively cared for. As owners, when we host a guest in our unit, we want their visit to be wonderful in every respect.
