Private gulf-facing balcony off the master and living room on the West end of the building for stunning sunset views. Owners have decorated with natural, earthtones in mind, perfectly enhancing the getaway feel. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances with custom backsplash, and is fully stocked. Dining is a 6 top + 2 barstools. Comfy living room furniture for watching the flatscreen tv or gazing out at the gorgeous, expansive waterview. Master has King bed and luxurious ensuite bath including walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. 2nd Bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bunk bed and attached full bath.
Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.
