Unit 301 - Holiday Isle - Brand new end unit on our program! If you know about the end units at Holiday Isle, then you know what a jewel this one is. Located on the highest floor that still offers direct parking access, this 3BR/3BA unit is a charming rendition of gulf-front luxury with sweeping views you have to see to believe. The intranceway leads you to the large, fully-stocked kitchen with extra ice maker and wine chiller nearby. Serene, beach-inspired color palate sets the tone for the open area featuring custom hard flooring and comforts of home with the incredible wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows surrounding you. Flat screen tvs, satellite, ceiling fans, and balconies are features of every bedroom. Master has Queen bed and ensuite bath with stand shower and jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed and attached bath (shower/tub combo). 3rd bedroom is located off the kitchen and offers two twin bunk beds and full bath (shower) nearby.
