080 The Sandlot -- Getaway to your own piece of paradise. Whether or not you are a lover of the infamous 90s movie of this houses namesake, this place is waiting for you. The private fenced-in yard means you dont even have to leave your furry friend at home! Brand new construction at a fabulous location, its got everything you need with a bay-view sunning deck and a gulf-view covered deck, ample covered parking, large outdoor shower, located less than a mile from the areas shoppes and restaurants. Tesoro bianco marble countertops throughout and no carpet anywhere. Kitchen offers 4 barstools at the extra wide island, keurig, and charcuterie board. Open floor plan has 6-top dining and cozy living room seating with flatscreen tv. Master bedroom shows off with accent wall, king sized bed, and large flatscreen tv. Master bath offers ample counter space and storage, soaking tub, and extra wide stand shower. 2nd bedroom has Queen bed, and spacious 2nd bath is equipped with stand shower. 3rd bedroom is a cozy kids room with two twin bunks, flatscreen tv, and 3rd bath offers shower/tub combo. 4th bedroom has full bed and the inclusion of two rollaway beds are available equip the house to sleep a maximum of 12.

"We had the best time at Dauphin Island! The Sandlot was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean, easy to get to, had an issue with the door code, we contacted them via text and within seconds ACP responded and had someone there in a few minutes to fix! So thankful we chose The Sandlot for our family vacation! 10/10 recommend!

"I cannot say enough good things about the Sandlot. My husband and I had never been to Dauphin Island before, but we booked this beautiful vacation home and we were speechless as to how beautiful it was. The house was in a beautiful, peaceful area with only a short walk to the beach. The owners of the home, Joel & Sabrina, were the kindest people that truly cared about giving their customers the best experience. We will 100% be back!!! 5 stars isn't enough!!!

"We had THE best time with our family of 11 at the Sandlot. We felt at home, yet the beach was right there! Large rooms, gorgeous kitchen and family room. The master suture was to die for. We loved the small town atmosphere and felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Will definitely stay again…thinking of making it a yearly family trip.

"This house was incredible! The layout was nothing short of perfect…so spacious! I told my husband it was the same blueprint I wanted if we built a home. So clean, classy and comfortable! It provided everything you could ever need in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the views on both porches. We will definitely choose this house when we come back!!

"When we first walked in, we knew we were in the right place. This gorgeous home is nestled between the gulf and the bayou, so there are no bad views. The open floor plan left plenty of room for everyone. But being able to come together for meals in the beautiful spacious kitchen was a favorite.The home is within walking distance to the beach, so every day is beach day. The home has such a warm and inviting feel. One week just didn’t seem to be enough. This is truly paradise.

"We had a wonderful stay on the island. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It was so pretty! Our dogs loved the fenced-in yard. Having the large outdoor shower was convenient for rinsing off on our way back from the beach. We loved being so close to shopping and the sunsets were beautiful. Can't wait to come back. Can't say enough great things about ACP.

Great Weekend Getaway

"The Sandlot was a great getaway! We spent a long weekend, and had a fantastic time. We’ve found that some properties present better on line than the reality you experience when you get there. This property isn’t that—it lives up to the great presentation online. It’s nicely appointed: furnishings and décor was classy, but relaxed. There’s lots of space—there was just two of us, but I’m sure even a bigger group could relax comfortably. The view is really nice—you’re not literally on the beach, but the front porch is a great place to kick back and enjoy a nice ocean view. Everything we needed for a great stay was on hand. It’s top notch. As for the island, it’s definitely laid-back island flavor. No franchise eateries, it’s all local vibe. Folks moving around on the roads and back roads via golf cart—very relaxed. There’s a ferry to Fort Morgan and Gulf Shores, but we were there to relax. There are fishing and charter options available. All in all, a great trip. I’m looking forward to my next chance to go back to Dauphin Island, and to Sandlot.
