Unit 075: Welcome to The Lucky Duck, your ultimate waterfront retreat on beautiful Dauphin Island! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts ample living space and a host of amenities to make your vacation unforgettable including a brand-new cargo lift to help bring up groceries and luggage.

Step inside to discover a welcoming open floor plan seamlessly connecting the living area, kitchen, and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked, ensuring you have everything you need to cook up delicious meals during your stay.

Bedroom 1 features a plush queen-size bed, while bedroom 2 offers a cozy twin over twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Bedroom 3 also boasts a comfortable queen-size bed. Both bathrooms feature convenient shower tub combos.

However, the true highlight of The Lucky Duck lies outdoors. Step onto the deck and soak in breathtaking views of the Gulf and Sound from the crow's nest, offering stunning 360-degree views. Lounge by the private pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm summer days or a relaxing soak during the winter months. Please note that the pool heater is available from October 1st to April 1st for an additional fee of $40 per day / must be for the duration of the stay.

With close access to the beach and a convenient spot to tie up your boat right out front, The Lucky Duck offers the ideal getaway for beach lovers and boating enthusiasts alike.

POOL HEATING INFORMATION:
Pool heating is available for $40 per day, with a maximum water temperature of 90°F. Heating must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay. Please note that this service is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F. To ensure availability, all pool heating fees must be paid at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Requests should be made through our office so we can coordinate with the Pool Vendor on your behalf.

Things to know about our Dauphin Island Rentals:
Pet friendly with non-refundable pet deposit per pet.
Lift is available for renter use after signing a waiver agreement
A mid-clean charge will be added to 30 day rentals
All linens are provided
Charcoal grill provided
You must be at least 25 years old to rent

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.

"The house was great and it was wonderful to have the pool to relax in. Very walkable to the beach and we found the house to be charming. The only minor problem was the internet would go in and out, however, the rental company immediately responded. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway.
