Nestled in the peaceful, residential Silver Cay neighborhood, this home offers the perfect blend of island living with the convenience of having the water right in your backyard for easy boat access and a short walk to the Gulf-front beaches.

With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and space to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Coastal Château provides plenty of room for everyone to unwind and enjoy a memorable island getaway. Start your mornings with coffee on the covered porch overlooking the canal, spend the afternoon enjoying the water, or take a short stroll to the beach for sun, sand, and relaxation.

The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, where bright white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a classic subway tile backsplash create a welcoming space for preparing meals together. The dining and living areas offer the perfect setting for family dinners, game nights, or relaxing movie evenings after a day of island adventures.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with coastal-inspired décor, smart TVs, and comfortable furnishings to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. With private and shared bathroom access throughout the home, guests can enjoy both convenience and comfort during their stay.

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8 - occupancy not to be exceeded at all times):

Outside, the covered back porch stretches along the length of the home and provides the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, watch the sunset, or relax while taking in the peaceful canal views. Guests will appreciate the quiet residential setting, easy water access, and thoughtful amenities designed to make their stay comfortable and convenient, including WiFi, smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and parking for up to four vehicles with boat clearance underneath the home.

Dauphin Island invites you to explore at your own pace. Cruise around the island by golf cart, fish from the dock, enjoy breathtaking sunsets, or visit local shops, restaurants, and art galleries. At Coastal Château, the water is your backyard, the beach is just a short walk away, and every day offers an opportunity to relax, reconnect, and create unforgettable island memories.

Things to know about our Dauphin Island rentals:

- No pets are permitted. Any evidence of a pet or the presence of a pet on the premises will result in immediate termination of the reservation, and the entire party will be required to vacate the home.
- This property is equipped with multiple exterior security cameras, which are actively monitored throughout your stay.
- This property is equipped with Wynd smoke detection devices and noise monitoring devices. These devices are in place to help protect the property and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. These devices do not record conversations, only decibel measurements.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property grounds. Any evidence of smoking inside the home or on the premises will result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation, requiring the entire party to vacate the property.
- All linens are provided for your convenience.
- The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the entire duration of the reservation.
- Parking is available for up to four standard passenger vehicles.
- Weddings and parties are not permitted.
- The boat lift is not available for guest use.

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.

Saturday to Saturday reservations required during peak summer season.

"The neighbors are very friendly. The area is quiet and we felt safe. The house is beautiful and clean. The beach is easily within walking distance. There are bicycles available at the property and extra beach chairs. We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect for our whole family. We were able to cook all our meals there and the bedrooms and bathrooms were the perfect size/fit for us. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay on Dauphin Island.
