Unit 026 - Perfect Peace - Welcome home to this beautiful canal front home on Mallard Street sleeping nine guests with just a short 5 min walk to the beach. Bring your boat to tie up in the protected canal. This gorgeous home has a split floor plan�a separate dining area that opens to the living room and the kitchen. Nice, tall ceilings in the living area make for a comfortable place for the family to gather. With the open floor plan, enjoy cooking a meal in a well-stocked kitchen and having dinner at the dining table for all the family to enjoy. This home sleeps nine guests while offering three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a flat screen television. The bathroom has a double vanity and a combination tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and also a flat screen television. The third bedroom offers a twin over a full bunk and a television as well. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area.
Outside you'll enjoy covered and open decks for sunning. You'll be able to tie your boat up in this protected canal and clean the days catch with the fish cleaning table. Underneath the home enjoy the nice breezes while enjoying the swing and the picnic area. Please know the crow's nest is not for renter use and is roped off.
