Unit 023 - Beach Therapy: Perfect for birders or anyone who wants quieter accommodations on Alabama's beautiful barrier island of Dauphin Island, Beach Therapy puts you in the heart of the nature preserves pertinent to so much of the world's wildlife. Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, this home features fully stocked kitchen, laundry room with folding area, formal dining room, half bath off foyer, and spacious living area with wet bar, writing table, and breakfast nook set in the sunlight-laden bay windows. Master suite features queen size bed with formal wardrobe, wifi modem, and jack and jill sinks separate from the bathing area with large oval soaker tub and shower wand. Second lounge room on main level features vintage car decor and day bed with trundle for overflow sleeping area. Upstairs are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, one decorated in beautiful earth and jewel tones and delightful patterns and ceramic finds, and one fit perfectly for a child or young at heart in a happy pink and complementary green combo. Full bath upstairs has shower/tub combo. The front porch and the back deck are each the full width of the house, and the Eastern facing back deck is where you will want to be for peace and serenity. It looks over the beautifully done backyard and property line is entirely Audubon Bird Sanctuary nature preserve. Utilize the bike path a stone's throw away and explore local attractions including the sacred Shell Mounds, Cadillac Square, Estuarium, goat trees, and historic Fort Gaines. Kayak rentals and putt putt golf available. Local shoppes, stores, and fish market. Ideal for fishing for inshore fish on Sound waters or gulf fishing on the south side of the island.

"Very peaceful. It was close to the beach, and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We also enjoyed how close it was to the ferry and the aquarium. Although the aquarium is small, it was great for the kids. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing destination, which is exactly why I chose it.
