Recently updated and refreshed, the entire home features new furnishings in a serene coastal palette. Step inside, and you'll be greeted by an open floor plan and expansive windows offering naturally lighting and Gulf Front views that's perfect for creating unforgettable family moments. The open floor plan creates a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The kitchen takes center stage with the large island offering an ample amount of seating. Also featuring a coffee/wet bar and dining table nearby, to ensure you never miss out on the memories being made. The spacious living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, boasting a large flat-screen TV equipped with an expansive sports package, making it the ideal spot to enjoy all types of sporting events. The master bedroom is a true retreat, furnished with a luxurious king-sized bed and offering direct access to the Gulf front deck with a brand-new pool that can be heated for an additional fee of $45 per day/must be for the duration of your stay. Unwind in the master bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, offering a spa-like experience. Two additional bedrooms also feature king beds, each with its own private bathroom and direct access to the Gulf. The bunk room is equipped with 2 sets of full-over-full bunk beds, creating a fun and comfortable space for a group to share, also offering a private bathroom and direct access to the Gulf. Step out onto the Gulf-front deck, the true gem of this home, offering an expansive area for outdoor enjoyment, complete with comfortable seating to soak in the mesmerizing views and soothing sounds of the waves. With the beach as your backyard, you'll find it effortless to embrace the coastal lifestyle and create memories that will last a lifetime. Whether you're seeking a quiet retreat, or a gathering place for family, this gulf front home is the perfect vacation rental for you.

POOL HEATING INFORMATION:
Pool heating is available for $45 per day, with a maximum water temperature of 90°F. Heating must be arranged for the entire duration of your stay. Please note that this service is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F. To ensure availability, all pool heating fees must be paid at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Requests should be made through our office so we can coordinate with the Pool Vendor on your behalf.

Things to know about our Dauphin Island Rentals:
$45 per day to heat. Must be purchased for duration of stay
All rooms offer TVS.
No parties or events allowed at this location.
Pet Friendly with non-refundable pet fee.
All linens are provided
Charcoal grill provided
You must be at least 25 years old to rent
Back gulf stairs are removed.

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 13% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, and optional travel insurance.

Saturday to Saturday reservations required during peak summer season. Fishing Rodeo weekly rentals only.

"Sunset Dreams is absolutely beautiful. I can't say enough good things about it. It has beautiful furnishings, and decor. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the back deck. The house has a lot of seating inside and outside. The water is literally steps away from the deck. unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool, even to have it heated. But it sure is a nice feature and we like how the decking was separate from the pool area. All rooms had a view of the ocean, even the bunk room. We almost didn't rent this home due to the review in Sept 2025. However, I reached out and asked questions regarding those comments, and I felt comfortable after conversating with them. This was my 60th birthday celebration, and so glad we didn't miss out on this beautiful home, with great views, and great location. The most economical shops to shop on the island with great items and pricing was The Silver Pearl and The Sand Box.

"This is our second year staying at Sunset Dreams. This home is amazing! We have 3 grown children, their spouses, and a couple of grandkids. There is always room for everyone! We all have our own bathrooms. That is a huge plus! The new living room furniture is great! Recliners all around. So comfy! Beds are comfortable. We cooked most of our meals this trip. The kitchen has everything you need. And room for us all to eat together. The kids, young and old, loved the pool. So much fun! And tons of sturdy deck chairs. Best of all is the beach! You are literally right there. The steps going from porch to beach have been removed. That was not ideal. I'm hoping that is fixed before we go next year. Thanks so much to the owner for sharing such a beautiful home!

"What a beautiful vacation rental home! So open, spacious, bright, with lots of windows, and right on the water. We enjoyed the deck, watched lots of dolphins swim by, and even used the pool during our early February stay! The home was very well decorated and we felt right at home. Although there were only four in our group, the home can accommodate a much larger group. This was our first visit to Dauphin Island and it did not disappoint. We hope we can return again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

"Only a couple miles from the local restaurants. I can’t imagine risking owning a home so close to the water (there was one day it was up to the deck posts). This was a great way to experience the coast. The island is very clean and had several great restaurant options even during their off season.

"I would definitely book another stay with ACP! They have great communication, were very kind and helpful! The house was clean when we arrived and looked as beautiful as the listing pictures! It was a wonderful private location with soft beach sand right out the door and lots of space under the house to play or hang out. There were some bad storms the first couple days of our trip but the house was large enough to accommodate our family of 6 adults and 1 child. Unfortunately the storm brought man o’ war jellyfish up on shore so it cut down our time on the beach, but we visited the harbor side of the island until they seemed to clear up. Once the weather calmed down, we absolutely loved the location, the beach was beautiful and the white beach sand was so soft and great for walking. December was a bit cool (highs in the 60’s) but the crowds were low so it felt relaxing.

"The location, ocean view & layout of the home were great. It is perfect for entertainment & large family gatherings. Lots of seats inside and on the wrap around deck. The kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils; the house had supplies (bath towels, tissue, paper towels, dish soap). They also had lots of family games.

"I can not say enough about this home! It was above and beyond what I expected. The pictures do not do it justice. The home is huge and you are right on the water. I'll start with the outside. You literally walk down the steps and you are on the beach. It was so easy to get chairs and fishing gear to the water. And just a quick run up the steps if you forget something. The pool is wonderful! Again, it's right there on the same level as the home. It was the perfect depth for the kids and so much fun. The outdoor seating is really nice. There are four tall chairs and 6 anirondak chairs that are heavy duty and great quality. Now inside, the kitchen is wonderful. Any cooking dish you could possibly need is here! There are so many dishes and the spice cabinet was full! The kitchen table seats everyone and the island is huge. The living room furniture was so comfortable. And enough to seat the whole family! All bedrooms had comfy beds. And each it's own bathroom. That was great! We so enjoyed out stay! We can't wait to come back again next year!

"Just an amazing home! Contained all the amenities you could want. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Extra fans in closets for hot sleepers. Games and puzzles! Great deck to sit and watch the dolphins which were plentiful this week. The pool was great. We had an amazing time once again visiting DI and this house was perfect!

"The location was amazing! Just a few feet from the beach - we could watch our kids play from the deck. Opened the screen door as soon as we arrived and never shut it again! Met our expectations. This is not a new or particularly updated condo, but the location was what we were going for. It was clean and neat and with the doors open we had a wonderful breeze flowing through and the sound of the waves was worth the price of admission. If you want location, views from every room, and a laid-back stay you will find this to be a deal.

"My boyfriend proposed to me while at Dauphin Island and this was the perfect place to be able to celebrate with my whole family, including our pup! The kitchen is huge and had everything we could possibly need- even champagne glasses. The house is angled perfectly so you get the most amazing views from every room AND each one has a door to the huge deck. We also loved how the ocean is RIGHT there! It rained 2 of the days we were there but we didn't even mind because we still had a great view of the waves while we watched football and did a puzzle, plus we found some cool shells afterwards. Overall we loved staying at this house and will definitely be back! Things have been updated more since the photos were taken and all the appliances were brand new. The only thing that could make it better is a pool, which we were told is being put in very soon!

"My family loved the open floor plan and huge, kitchen. The appliances, crockery, utensils and cookware all looked new. The views of the Bay from the dining area were fantastic at sunset and you cannot beat the house being a few steps from the shoreline. The house was clean and beds very comfortable. There was a cabinet stocked with games, puzzles and books. We loved DI where we found friendly people, fresh seafood and an awesome bakery. Looking forward to our next rental here in 2024.
