When and Where to See a Concert
Once per month, from May through October, Dauphin Island will welcome some seriously talented singers and musicians to show their stuff in an incredible live performance. For just $5 per person (age 13 and over), you can get a front-row seat to a unique act that’s sure to have you tapping your feet. Guests are welcome to bring their chairs and blankets to sit on, and it will likely help to have some bug spray, too. Just be sure to leave your pets, glass, and grills back at your rental.
These concerts all take place at Dauphin Island’s West End Beach, located at the very western tip of the island. Feel free to arrive early to grab a parking spot and stroll down the shore before the show starts! West End Beach is located at 3000 Bienville Boulevard.

What Artists Will You See?
On July 25, Ted Keeby and Mo’ Jazz will be performing from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event is sure to be full of liveliness and excitement thanks to the unique blends of jazz, pop, R&B, and gospel that will be played! Mo’ Jazz is a fantastic band led by the insanely talented Ted Keeby, who has more than 35 years of experience as a musician!
The performance for August is still in the works, but it already promises to be an incredible event. This concert will be held on August 15 and will have a unique reggae theme that you won’t want to miss! The artists performing on this night have yet to be announced, so be sure to stay tuned for more information.
On September 5, guests will be treated to the musical selections of Jonesy’s Crowned Jewelz Band from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. This band is a definite local favorite, so you can be sure you’re in for a treat! They’re likely to be playing a little bit of everything from R&B and jazz to funk and blues, and maybe even some audience requests!
Finally, the October event finishes out the season. It will be held at Fort Gaines instead of the typical West End Beach location. Here, you’ll get to enjoy music from the talented Roman Street, a duo of brothers who have been playing together since 2006. Roman Street has performed all across the United States and Europe. They’re so excited to be coming back to their hometown to close out the Sunday Sunset Concert Series for 2021!
