Jingle and Mingle
Thursday, Nov. 15: Jingle and Mingle in the Gift Shop, 5:30-8 p.m. Shop ‘til you drop! The Jingle and Mingle is a chance to get the first peek at the holiday merchandise in the Bellingrath Gift Shop and to take advantage of great discounts. Bellingrath’s resident experts – Loretta Potapenko, Buyer and Decorator; Ann Moody, Floral Arranger and Gardener; and Vicki Wyres, Magic Christmas in Lights Decorator – will demonstrate best practices to create dazzling holiday décor, from ribbon toppers to tablescapes. The Jingle and Mingle includes complimentary wine and cheese and free samples of the tasty treats on the shelves. Guests may also sign up for a chance to win the Magic Christmas in Lights package: 4 tickets, 4 flashing necklaces and 4 vouchers for hot cocoa on Live Oak Plaza.
Chrysanthemum Display
Now through Nov. 30: Bellingrath Gardens and Home presents the 55th Annual Fall Outdoor Cascading Chrysanthemums, the nation’s largest outdoor display of the signature blooms of the season. Mum’s the word this month at Bellingrath! The Gardens are filled with four-foot-long cascades of chrysanthemums in beautiful fall colors. Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Magic Christmas in Lights at Bellingrath Gardens

Nov. 23-Dec. 31: Magic Christmas in Lights. Bellingrath Gardens and Home presents the 23rd season of Magic Christmas in Lights, a dazzling nighttime display with more than 1,100 set pieces, 3 million lights and 15 scenes, set out in a walking tour throughout the 65-acre Garden estate. The 2018 light show includes dramatic enhancements to the Emerald Forest on the Great Lawn, among other improvements. Opening Night is the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, Nov. 23.
