No discounts will be applied to contracts already in place with ACP. This is a one time special offer for future bookings only for the 2010 Rental year.
*Rodeo Week, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas to New Year weeks not included.
** Online Reservations: Any Discounts offered on the Base Rent will be applied by ACP once the booking is received through our Reservation System. A Rental Contract will be sent by Email within 24 hours showing the discounted rate..
*** Owners reserve the right to not offer discounts and those Units will be clearly indicated in their individual property descriptions with a No Discounts Available Tag. Only one discount will be allowed on any unit; discounts cannot be combined.
Please note that we offer two, three, and four day rentals for that last minute get-away at most locations although Saturday to Saturday rentals are preferred!
We have Vacation Homes located throughout Dauphin Island offering a variety of choices from Waterfront and Waterview, to "In the Pines" homes for Birding. We have several Canal front homes for boaters and fishing. Several homes are Pet Friendly as well. We also have Vacation Condominiums in the following complexes:

Rentals during the Fishing Rodeo Week are weekly rentals only. Some owners will do a Monday to Monday Rental to better fit the Rodeo weekend schedule. If booking online and reservation does not comply with owners' guidelines, ACP Real Estate, Inc. has the right to cancel your online booking and to contact you about alternative choices for dates and rental units.
