Frequently Asked Questions regarding our Vacation Rentals.

Yes - All linens are furnished in our Rental Units with the exception of beach towels.

Yes - A first supply of paper goods (one roll of paper towels, and toilet paper in each bath room) are furnished.

Yes - All Units have BBQ grills which must remain on ground level and are not allowed on the decks due to insurance reasons. These are mostly charcoal grills, with some gas grills. There is no guarantee that there will be gas in the bottle however and it falls to the renter if they happen upon an empty tank to have it refilled – Island Luck at play.

Yes - Parking permits are required at most West end locations outside of normal household parking.  These are free and can be obtained with a copy of your auto registration and a copy of your rental contract at our friendly local police station.

Yes - We have completed a new berm for storm protection along the West End Gulf Front of the Island. The Town of Dauphin Island as well as private property owners have attempted to provide wood cross-overs for your use. The community walk-overs are located at various points where permitted parking is or will be available and are for the general public to use. Private walk-overs are mostly provided directly behind the vacation rental units where owners have chosen to put them. There are fines in place if caught walking or climbing on the sand berm where no walkover is present, so please respect our attempts at beach restoration and preservation.
