Dauphin Island Spring Concert Series Itinerary Announced

On Friday, May 13th, walk, bike, take a scooter or drive between numerous island venues offering FREE LIVE MUSIC throughout the day:

• From at 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Steve Varnes & Flatrock will perform on the West End Beach. Immediately following this performance they will relocate to the Island Rainbow and play from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. (Island Rainbow • 1614 Bienville Blvd.)

• From 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. be sure to find yourself at the Isle Dauphine Club Cabana and Pool for a live performance from Fat Man Squeeze (Isle Dauphine • 100 Orleans Dr.);

• From 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. Ryan Balthrop and His Bowling Buddies will play live at Triple Tails Bar (Triple Tails Bar • 1500 Bienville Blvd.);

• The Pelican Pub will rock from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. with live acts TBA (Pelican Pub • 1102 DeSoto Dr.);

• More live music TBA will also perform on ‘The Porch Stage’ at ACP Realty from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. (ACP Realty ‘The Porch Stage’ • 900 Bienville Blvd.);

On Saturday, May 14th bring your lawn chairs and sunscreen to the Alabama Deep Sea Fishing Rodeo site for a concert unlike any before staged on Dauphin Island!

Beginning at 3 p.m. Ryan Balthrop and His Bowling Buddies will open the show, followed by Grayson Capps & The Lost Cause Minstrels, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, and finally the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame New Orleans great, Dr. John & The Lower 911 – scheduled to take stage at 7:30 p.m.
